"Driving from Oregon to SW Florida. My 5x8 trailer’s wheel blew right outside of Mount Vernon. Called Dynamite and Paul came to save us within 40 minutes. It was a humid 84 degrees and he worked hard to get the darned thing changed and it was a pain. Come to find out we called just as he started his shift and he didn’t even stop to put on his work clothes. Now that’s service. Highly recommend!!"
"Recently while on a customer delivery of a boat, we had a trailer tire blow out on the side of the road. We had a spare, so changed it out and drove to the nearest truck stop hoping to get the tire repaired. We pulled into the truck stop - who wasn’t able to help us as all they had were semi and semi trailer tires, but they directed us across the street to Dynamite Road Service. When we arrived, a note was on the door indicating that they were out on a service call, but would return shortly. When the young man returned - he was literally running to help us - all while answering multiple other service phone calls, and other customers that arrived after we did. This young man was AMAZING, and worked his tail off to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. He also looked at all of our other tires to ensure we were ok to travel on to our destination and did all of it with a pleasantness of days gone by. Hats off to this young man, and to this shop! What could have been a very stressful situation was alleviated by the excellent service at this shop and by this young man! Thank you!"
